Please note that if your PC is already infected with an undected virus it may be impossible to remove on site and may require your PC being taken to their workshop. They assume that your PC has a minimum of either a CD drive or USB ports to enable them to load any required software.

They will set up your broadband modem for you for a flat fee of £20, this includes ensuring that you have up to date and working firewall and Anti Virus Software on the PC. We will also make sure that all your Email settings are correct or set that up for you as well if you wish
As part of the Pc Doctor Service we will offer you free and impartial advice on upgrades to your computer (we do not sell ANY computer components so so not have an interest in selling you needless upgrades !)
